We also customise the costs and services depending on the client’s requirements.

We have different departments dedicated to sourcing and vetting documents. We extract the best qualified talent with good experience. Then we conduct accurate background checks, verify their qualifications, and screen the documents shared by the candidates.

We guarantee that our candidates have met all the compliance standards of Novalife and the client’s company. We accomplish this by providing ongoing support to our candidates, even after they have joined the client organisation. If the applicant is unable to perform or continue with their tenure due to unforeseen circumstances, we will replace them with a new candidate.

We have a welfare team that  ensures strong retention. This dedicated team contacts the candidates to stay in touch with them and inquire about their experience, degree of comfort in the organisation, and adjustment to the new environment. We also assist and support them throughout their tenure with the client company.

We offer end-to-end services to both our clients and candidates who enrol with us. This means that our services are available around the year, starting from the time of the candidate’s placement until the duration of their tenure at the company.
